To help us assess what style and design will best work for your personality, please come to your initial appointment in your "every day' makeup.
Reference photos of brow/liner/lip shape, design, and colors are always welcome.
Although there is little (if any) pain with services, it is advised to wear comfortable clothing.
It is advised to have a full meal prior to service.
Eye Define Lash Enhancement Only: Contact lens wearers must remove contacts prior to service and wear eyeglasses (if needed) for 24-48 hours after service (or until any swelling subsides).
Perfect Touch Lip Blush: Clients with ANY history of Herpes/coldsores are highly recommended to obtain an anti-viral medication (Zovirax, Valtrex, or Acyclylovir) prior to service in the event of an outbreak. - Consult with your doctor
Please allow for the FULL appointment time. We will not rush your service, so it is best to not schedule anything immediately after your appointment.
NO guests will be allowed in the service room.
NO ONE under 18 is permitted.
NO pets.
CDL Tattoos cannot guarantee any results for those with varying health and skin conditions that may affect healing.
Once service is complete, NO REFUNDS will be issued.
Payment will be accepted in cash or credit card ONLY, CDL Tattoos does NOT accept checks.
ATTENTION
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, face masks will be required to be worn at all times during your appointment and the door to the salon will remain locked during business hours. Please contact me at 951-249-3484 when you arrive and I will meet you at the front.
If you or any household members have any of the following symptoms:
Fever, dry cough, shortness of breath, muscle pain, sore throat, chill, new loss of taste, new loss of sense of smell, fatigue, nausea, vomiting, or diarrhea.
OR
If you or any household members been exposed to anyone who has tested positive for COVID-19 or display the above symptoms.
OR
If you or any household members have traveled outside of the country, or to any city outside of our town that is or has been considered a “hot spot” for COVID-19 infections within the last 30 days.
