Please read the following cancellation policies carefully:

Once booked, the booking fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. If you need to reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 72 hours in advance so your booking fee can be transferred to your new appointment time. If you fail to give adequate notice, your booking fee will be forfeited.

Our clients' time is very important to us. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment. A late arrival may require rescheduling your appointment and/or forfeiture of your deposit.

No shows will be charged the full appointment fee.

Booking time on CDL Tattoo's calendar requires a non-refundable booking fee and upon booking, your card will be charged $100. Your remaining balance will be due the day of your scheduled appointment (cash or credit card only) if you do not pay in full, in advance.

 

Finishing Appointments are not included in the cost of initial application. Finishing Appointments done 6-12 weeks after initial session are $99. After 12 weeks Annual Refresher rates may apply. If you need to reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 72 hours in advance. If you fail to give adequate notice, you may be subject to charge of full appointment.

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE TO ANYONE

*Violating any terms and conditions or not informing of anything that would exclude you from being a good candidate for permanent makeup excludes us from liability.
